Short Note: I would like to apologize for the long hiatus. I was busy with work and several things which needed more attention from me. I am back for good. I am ready to write, to blog again, and to kick butt at the same time. At this very second, I am pleased with the news from the High Court that YB Nizar is still the legitimate MB of Perak. Praise God for some justice finally!

I have always enjoyed cooking. Just wonder how many of you have the passion of weaving magic with your hands in the kitchen.

It’s been quite some time now since I’ve held the knife and chopping board, let alone the wok and ladle!

The best thing about being in the kitchen is: being able to multitask! Boiling soup and stir-frying ain’t a problem! (read: plus handling the camera)

Simple dishes like ABC soup, scrambled eggs and stir-fried dried chilli chicken tastes great with the addition of CILI PADI!

Let’s look into the first dish… Omelette with minced pork. (Oops, no swine flu here)
Plain scrambled eggs may not taste that great, so you can mix in some meat (swine is nice) to add flavour!

Most of you out there know that I’m love spicy food and dried chillies adds that extra ummpphh! to any dish. Best is if the amount of dried chillies actually are more than the chicken chunks! MUAHAHAHA

The staple soup everyone should know is the ABC soup. Being a meat lover, I normally add heaps of pork (spare ribs, pork balls) into the vegetarian based stock. Throw in some taufus and it’ll taste yummy!

Kow Choi Flower as the Westerners would say. You definitely need some vege in your diet. Too much meat promotes gizi tak seimbang (read: imbalanced diet).

Happy Cooking for those who love cooking!!
Till then, see you in my next post!
