It’s a New Season!
2 January 2008

It’s already 2nd January 2008 today.
I can’t believe how speedy time could travel these days.
All I could say is “TIME FLIES!”

2008 means a new chapter, a new season for the most of us.

Still thinking about my 2008 resolutions on 31st Dec 2007!
As for me, I have a few resolutions and wish lists to make it come true throughout the next 364 days.
1. To be a Wedding Planner

Yes, I am currently the wedding planner for Pastor Vic’s upcoming bliss in March.
I will use this experience to sharpen my skills of preparing this event.
It is an indeed joy to see people tying the knot. It is no doubt why I love to be a wedding planner.
(Too bad, I can’t be my own wedding planner this year. I am just too young to get married!!)
Watch out for my little company to be launched at the end of this year. I am so going to venture into this business.
(Gerald Ho, you ready to be my partner-in-crime?)
2. To visit at least 5 countries this year.

I am serious!
I would like to visit a minimum of 5 countries this year. NO joke!
At least 4 countries are confirmed to be visited.
I will be going to Hanoi end of this month.
After that, I will be doing a 10-day pilgrimage with my hometown church-mates to the HOLY Land of ISRAEL in the month of March.
(I just can’t wait for this trip! And it’s one heck of a freaking expensive trip that I’ve ever enrolled myself to!)
On 29th of May, you will see me flying into the Philippines once again. Well, not to be crazy to visit this country again, it’s just that I am going to attend my Pastor’s wedding blessing ceremony in Baguio.
Somewhere in October, I will be soaring again with Air Asia into the skies of China and Hong Kong.
HONGKONG Disneyland, here I come!
Besides, I am considering of visiting Chiang Mai and Bangkok again in 2008.
I am so going to be BROKE for traveling so heavily this year.
3. To be more active in church
I won’t go so detail about this. After all, this is a subjective and personal matter.
I would only declare that I really want to be more active in serving the church and the community around it.
4. To live a healthy lifestyle

I must defeat any sinful temptation on junks and fast food.
I must consume more fruits and vegetables.
All this will do good for my body and soul.
Say Bye bye to unwanted Fats which cause me an extra of 3 Kg now!!
Say Hello to GOOD HEALTH in 2008!
5. To spend less in shopping

Shopping is bad for health! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
It is bad for monetary health, am I incorrect about this?
It is a must to start saving more.
After all, I have a home, a car and a future marriage to support.
Maybe I could start with RM1.00 a day??????
What a Start for 2008!!!!!

shopping is well, shopping.
travelling is well … TRAVELLING $$ > SHOPPING.

No point saving, Tho u saved while it was Christmas.. lets jus say u saved about RM1,000. Thats not bad.. saved so much.. but since ur ona travelling spree! excluding the air tickets.. if u take that RM1,000 into consideration that u saved. Brother.. it dun mean crap.. Hee! basically.. u din’t save anytink.. but jus NIL savings. ^_^
January 4th, 2008 at 2:58 pm
Conclusion:
RM1 a day,
RM1000 = 1000 days = 2.8 years
travelling spree = NIL savings. lol.
Eh, RM1,000 can at most cover one budgeted trip only!!
I didnt do a new year resolution, but i worked out on my income and expenses budget for this year already. >,< Good luck on ya point.5
and a merry merry new year!!!

Foxxie: Dude!!!! Come on, don’t be so emo!!! Honestly speaking it was meant to be a joke to save RM1.00 a day. I seriously dump in more coins than ever for the past 2 months into the piggy bank. It’s so heavy now..(don’t come and steal it, I tell you!!!)
I do earn commission from sales, dude. Remember? There is where I get the excess $$$ and some will be for permanent savings, some will be for trips, some will be to clear off my housing loan… Understand???
Gerald: Thanks for defending for me, brother… I am so touched!!! Oh…where’s the tissue paper?? -_-
Lyns: Good luck to your final year too, girl… hahaha… yes i might seem to be traveling a lot, but most of the trips are paid in 2007 when I saved up for that!!! Heeheee!!!
January 5th, 2008 at 11:00 pm
FOXXIE: wait till tomorrow comes……i am so gonna strangle you….wait till i get sarcastic with u…muahahaha
Grace: *hands grace some tissue* muahahahahahaa….nah..come on!! let’s kill FOXXIE
January 6th, 2008 at 12:17 am

Ah… more energy to kill FOXXIE!!!!!
