Eating like a Dragon
22 January 2008
Yes, it’s all about Eating again in this entry. I am so sorry, guys for making you salivating all day long.
I recently visited Dragon-I at The Curve, Mutiara Damansara.

This is the entrance where people queue to be seated.

The menu for Dragon-i comes in Bright red colour.

The signature of Dragon-i are found almost everywhere in the restaurant.

The Siu Loong Pau is Dragon-i’s Signature dish which costs RM8.00 for 1 set of 4 dumplings.

Fried Rice cooked with Char Siew and shrimps are costly priced at RM16.00 per dish.

This Sauteed Chicken with Dried Chilli looks like Kentucky’s Pop Corn Chicken, right?

Then we also ordered Seafood Beancurd which cost us about RM18.00.

Oh, this is my favourite. I love the Honey-Glazed Eels.

This pork belly cost about RM22.00 per dish. If you love pork, you will love this.

Guess what, the total of the dinner in Dragon-i was RM141.45 for 4 of us.
As you can see from the receipt, it cost about RM35.36 per person to enjoy this sumptuous dinner!!
EXPENSIVE-Lah!!!
Really felt as if I’m eating like a dragon here!!!

loong : siu long lui is like china kai. *no offense grace*
siu long kor. SIU LONG KOR = ITIK?????
jimmy : its not all too good nor bad. how do i put this? its more towards exquisite chinese cuisine. hence you pay for the decorations too.
su sin : actually you can get good quality siu long paoz in most higher classed dim sum shops in PJ. contohnya, King Crab’s morning dim sum, SS2’s Chef Loong along BHP.
gerald : its funny how KL-ites are willing to pay for food huh? I guess all in all its a matter of convenience over pricing?

Gerald: Yes, I think we are all paying for the rental as well…. haha..
Kev: U babi lah, hammo!!! Call me siu loong lui now… i dun fwen u!! HmmpH!!!
Jesca: Siu Loong Bao was reasonably edible here, but I think there was one Dim Sum shop in SS2 a few yrs ago that served really good Siu Loong Bao.. too bad, the shop didn’t survive many years, it closed down about 2 yrs ago.
s2k_247: Yo!!! Chilli’s is all about Western/ Mexican style of food ler. Cannot compare to this exquisite Dragon Chinese restaurant!!!

Sunny days, sweeping the clouds away, I’m on my way to Sesame Street!!
Cookie monster: Today we have here a new menu. These cookies are from a Chinese cuisine. They look yummy and they even tell you a fortune when you open them.
Cookie monster’s left eye starts twitching.
Cookie monster: So here, its important to know the fortune that one holds after a meal.
Twitching gets very bad now.
Cookie monster: And uh, its also goo……..
Looks at the fortune cookie frustratingly
Cookie monster: KAWABANGA!!!
