Ipoh Ipoh Mali
24 September 2007
Ipoh Ipoh Mali, Ipoh Ipoh Mali.
I’ve made a trip back to my hometown on the last weekend. Yes, I have been missing my hometown superbly. To be exact, the food that I missed was driving me nuts for ages when I am in the capital. [Do you agree with me Darlene Gerald?]
I realised how much I should appreciate Ipoh food each time I make a visit back to my peaceful town. Thus, both Kevin and I decided to visit the Old Town where you and I know it is famous for White Coffee.

Sun Yuan Foong has always been famous for Ipoh Old Town White Coffee.
Oh yes, it is always tough to search for a parking space around these coffee shops. It took us more than 20 minutes to find one, and we still had to walk like 5 minutes to reach Sun Yuan Foong.

The ever famous Ipoh Old Town Iced White Coffee.
Both Kevin and I couldn’t resist the Iced White Coffee.
“Hello? We’re in Ipoh!! It is a MUST to order this drink!”

This is the man who sells “Chee Cheong Fun” in Sun Yuan Foong.
You wouldn’t believe this. I have been eating “Chee Cheong Fun” from this man for the past 19 years. Oh yes, I was only 4 years old when I was being introduced to this yummylicious dish.

Can you see the beauty of the “Chee Cheong Fun”?
Alright, by just viewing this photo, my stomach has began to growl!!
Can I have more Chee Cheong Fun please??
